ellesse at Tomorrowland Winter 2023: The ultimate snow festival guest experience
We were appointed by ellesse, a partner of Tomorrowland Winter, to bring a group of their partners and influencers together for the ultimate Tomorrowland Winter guest experience.
Tomorrowland Winter brings the best in music and entertainment together with winter sports, laced with spectacular views of Alpe d’Huez’s mythical slopes and the surrounding mountains.
For ellesse guests, we created and developed a user-friendly real-time data app to inform the c.100 global guests all they needed to know for their trip – logistics, travel, itinerary, and the entertainment line-up.
On the ground, guests had a seamless experience starting with their registration and branded welcome pack which included ellesse gifting such as SPF, an eye mask, flasks and branded biscuits.
Our guest management services ensured all details were taken care of and there were smooth transitions throughout, so guests didn’t have to worry about details and had the best experience possible!
