Deliver a fresh look and feel for an annual celebratory rugby award ceremony.

Once again, we were thrilled to produce the annual World Rugby Awards 2023, in Paris. Taking place at the iconic Palais Garnier Opéra House, this event united the rugby community to celebrate the loyalty and dedication from players, as well as impressive achievements within international rugby. It aimed to connect new and existing fans to this important occasion.

Despite 6 months of planning, the 18-hour build had to be achieved the day before the event, ready to welcome 1000 guests, including the winning team of the Rugby World Cup France 2023 and rugby legends.

Our scope of work included the full event brand look and feel, end-to-end project management, build, show calling, AV, creative and entertainment. We ensured guests had a fully immersive experience, from their red-carpet arrival. Attendees could enjoy additional entertainment spectacles ranging from a violinist, an exclusive live performance from the Urban Soul Orchestra as well as other DJ sessions to fit with the vibe of the night.
